The ECF Annual Board Meeting was held on January 29, 2011 at the ECF International Headquarters in Monterey Park. The Board has chosen a new ministry theme:"With God, We will gain the Victory"
A new Board Member, Mrs. Linda Allsbury was voted in unanimously by the Board.
