The ECF Annual Board Meeting was held on January 30, 2010, at the ECF International Headquarters in Monterey Park. The theme for this year is: Serving Christ - Loving People.
A new Board Member, Mrs. Sandra Gould-Holloway was voted in unanimously by the Board.
